I am a Risk Management and Internal Audit professional with over 10 years of experience across Big Four accounting firms and State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) in Indonesia. I began my career as a Senior Associate in Risk Advisory at Deloitte Indonesia, where I was involved in providing internal audit services and US Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance reviews for both international and local companies, particularly within the telecommunications industry. My responsibilities included conducting SOX readiness assessments and testing for one of the largest telecommunications companies in Indonesia, performing end-to-end business process reviews, identifying control weaknesses and operational inefficiencies, assessing compliance with company policies and procedures, and analyzing the impact of control gaps on operational performance. I also participated in reviews of fixed assets and personnel management functions, delivering practical and best-practice recommendations to enhance business operations. Throughout my career, I have developed strong expertise in Internal Audit, Risk Management, and Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICOFR), including control design, testing, and implementation. I have also served as a Project Management Officer (PMO) for ICOFR projects and have experience across multiple industries, including telecommunications, insurance holding companies, e-commerce, oil and gas, and construction. Currently, I work as a Risk Management Coordinator at a State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) in the construction sector. I am committed to continuous professional development through ongoing training in quality assurance reviews, risk management, and internal audit, and I hold professional certifications in Risk Management and Accounting.
