Dyan Rachuba, MS HRM, project manager, senior instructional designer, and certified facilitator With more than 30 years of experience in corporate training and development, Dyan creates engaging training programs for a variety of learning styles, linking key points and best practices to adult learners’ experiences. Dyan designed, developed, and managed multiple product line materials for Development Dimensions International, including Coaching for Peak Performance, Setting Goals and Reviewing Results, Reinforcing Leadership Development, Embracing Change, Leading High Performance Teams, Taking the HEAT, and DDI’s Facilitator Certification Workshop. With DDI’s CustomWorks group, Dyan has been the senior instructional designer on projects for clients including Bank of America, Boehringer-Ingelheim, Caterpillar, Disney ABC Media Networks, Hoffmann-LaRoche, Inc, Jabil, Maersk, McGraw-Hill, McKesson, Northrop Grumman, Owens Corning, Pfizer, Phillips, Subaru, Sun Microsystems, T-Mobile, and TSYS. Dyan also created numerous performance management and soft-skills training products for Toyota, Westinghouse, Baptist Healthcare Leadership Group, and University of Michigan Health System. Dynamic Learning released icare, a healthcare service excellence training program for staff leaders and team members that has been implemented at Samaritan Medical Center in New York and Inspira Health Network in New Jersey. Recently, Dyan has expanded her skills in the realm of Healthcare Compliance at Butler Health System, designing and developing the Code of Conduct, New Hire Compliance Orientation, and championing the health system’s Compliance Awareness Program. With a Master of Science in Human Resources Management (Training and Development) from La Roche College in Pittsburgh, PA, Dyan also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is a member of HCCA.
