About Dyan Ramstad

With 15 years in the defense industry, I’m proud to serve those who serve us—supporting the warfighter through strategic sales, strong partnerships, and team leadership. Currently, I work as a team leader for market teams that support mission-critical efforts across Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction, Medical, and Weapons and Optics / Simulations and Training requirements. I’m passionate about collaboration and thrive in environments where cross-functional teams come together to deliver results. What drives me most is coaching sales reps—helping them work smarter, grow in their careers, and find new ways to deliver value to both our customers and our partner suppliers Watching others succeed and knowing our work directly supports the mission keeps me energized every day.
