Background

About Dyanne Lesser Klein

As a senior/lead corporate recruiter I enjoy being a business partner for organizations, partners and candidates. Where are we now, where would we like to be and how do we get there? I enjoy a smooth running recruitment process, for everyone. Sometimes that needs a little help or a push. My stakeholders like working with me because of the commitment I give and my personal and proactive approach. I’m result driven and I like to keep an overview. I’m a senior professional, lead recruiter, recruitment business partner, global recruiter, etc. What’s in the name… National or international environment, commercial, governance, NGO? I like to work in recruitment and there’s a different challenge everywhere. My recruitment experience includes for example the areas: IT, security, data and privacy, HR, marketing, program/project management, customer support, C-level, management and staff level. Companies that I work(ed) for are amongst others ZonMw, SNV, IKEA, Randstad Global (Technology Services), Randstad Sourceright, Het CAK, ANWB, KPN, Yacht, Stater, HypoCasso, Shell, Funda, Rabobank, Olympia (HQ), Centric, ING, VONQ, 365 (ArboNed), ISA trainingen, E-Office.
