Starting 16 years ago, I embarked on my journey as an apprentice at a traditional woodworking factory in Kyogle. My role involved crafting hardwood doors and windows from start to install. I have gone on to dedicate a significant span of my career to Infracraft detailed joinery. During the initial period, I gained knowledge and expertise in the operation and maintenance of Homag CNC machines, Edgebanders, and Beamsaws. Over the years, my passion for the industry evolved, leading me towards a path of leadership and direction. During my time as Machine Shop Supervisor at Infracraft, I played a significant role in fostering cultural, quality and efficiency changes throughout a diverse team of employees in the Machine shop.
