At Peel Children’s Aid Society, I contribute to programs that ensure children grow up in safe and loving environments, while also working behind the scenes to improve processes, people practices, and insights through data. Throughout my career, I’ve always focused on using data to tell compelling stories and support better decision-making. I’ve contributed to research projects, supported the creation of numerous dashboards, and identified key metrics that reveal trends, risks, and opportunities across our programs both internally and externally. My work supports teams not just by informing strategy — but by ensuring data is actionable, accessible, and aligned with the needs of children, families, and communities. What drives me?
