About Dylan Anderson

I am currently working in my first year as a Regional EHS Leader for Cummins Inc. where I lead a team of 12 site-safety professionals across 12 sites and several states to ensure safety to our team members, continuity amongst different sites, and compliance to regulatory and recognized standards such as ISO 14001 & 45001. Before this current role, I served as an Industrial Hygiene Lead and Process Safety Management Lead for Autoliv at their explosives tableting and igniter processing facility near Promontory, Utah. Prior to my employment at Autoliv, I was fortunate to gain experience as an Industrial Hygienist at the government-owned nuclear research facility Idaho National Laboratory, located near Idaho Falls. My role within the Construction Management group was to provide health and safety oversight to subcontractors at the site. Previous to that role, I served as the Lead Safety Engineer for Northrop Grumman Innovation System's Large Motor Test Facility in Promontory, Utah. I also worked as a member of the site's Industrial Hygiene team. I humbly consider myself highly motivated; and, when coupled with my strong work ethic to aide me, I often succeed in accomplishing all I set out to do. I have had the wonderful opportunity to work in many industries, and I have been fortunate to develop many strong relationships with those I’ve worked alongside.
