Currently a senior UCF student studying both Public Administration and Nonprofit Management. Awarded multiple academic scholarships over time. Fulfilling the role of a Workforce Optimization Coordinator at Orlando Health assessing site employee needs, distributing staff, creating rosters, scheduling, reviewing timecards, adjusting/analyzing employee time attendance completing special projects/process improvement, utilizing data analysis/HRIS, and acting as the point-of-contact for all staffing needs. Always open to administrative roles in in the public or nonprofit sectors. Enjoy learning about, and engaging with, human resources, compliance, regulation, and other fields. Very much a methodical, creative person with great quantitative and qualitative skills and striving to make an impact.
