About Dylan Baker

With over a decade of experience leading teams across the steel, timber, and meat industries, I’ve built a strong foundation in production supervision, operational coordination, and frontline leadership. In my current role within steel manufacturing, I focus on driving efficiency, maintaining safety standards, and supporting team performance in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment.Outside of industry, I’ve spent several years coaching and judging in both rugby league and gymnastics, including time in a coaching supervisor role. I’ve also contributed to my local community as a rugby league club treasurer.Throughout my career, I’ve consistently leaned into opportunities that require adaptability, strong communication, and a practical leadership style. I’m always looking to take on broader challenges, build on what I’ve learned, and contribute to high-performing teams and operations.
