I am a Critical Environment Technician at Microsoft, where I perform basic tasks and build knowledge in operating specific equipment and systems in a complex data center. I have studied Computer Science at Henry Ford College and studied Mechanical Engineering at Wake Technical Community College. My core competencies include Mechatronics, troubleshooting, and technical support. Before joining Microsoft, I was a Robotics and Mechatronics Apprentice at JLL, where I learned how to install, repair, and maintain electronic, mechanical, and computer equipment and systems in a fulfillment/distribution center. I also worked as a Network Technician at IntelliTek, Inc, where I handled hardware and software issues, network maintenance and deployment, and client relations. I have skills in workstation and server, mobile phones, VoIP phones, email, general business software, infrastructure, and VPN. I am passionate about learning new technologies and solving problems. I value teamwork, innovation, and customer satisfaction. I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have worked in different industries and environments.
