About Dylan Bedard

I've been in the construction field for many years and have great experience in all phases. I've managed jobs from start to finish and am knowledgeable with safety protocol, budgets, and manpower requirements. In my last role I supervised a crew of 7-10 men and was responsible for day to day management. This included scheduling work, meeting with vendors to discuss job costs and ensuring quality control standards were maintained. Other responsibilities were general labor, maintenance and shipping/receiving. I started in the warehouse with this company and worked hard to get to a more hands on management role. Currently at Synexis I travel the country maintaining and installing our technology. 90% of the time I am solo, so working alone is absolutely not a problem. Installations require some minor duct work and minimal electrical. Service includes maintaining a UV bulb, ballast, and changing a filter. This job has taught me a lot of customer service experience and responsibility as I am responsible for all my travel arrangements.
