I am currently working full-time as the Communications and Outreach Assistant to the Hon. Lena Metlege Diab, ECNS, KC, MP. Ms. Diab is the Member of Parliament / Députée for Halifax West / Halifax-Ouest. I am also a full-time graduate student, completing a Master of Arts in Political Science at Dalhousie University, which I am scheduled to graduate in Spring 2025. I have completed my undergraduate degree in May 2021, earning a Bachelor of Arts Major in Political Science and a Certificate in Indigenous Studies. Aside from Indigenous studies, a topic I remain very passionate about, my interests in political science also lie in other key areas, such as: migration, minority issues, political polarization, and health and environmental policies and the politics of their policy formation.
