About Dylan Brotzman

Hi there! I'm an experienced professional with expertise in testing, integrating, and managing Unified Communications (UC) devices and services, driving cost-effective solutions, and fostering cross-functional collaboration using Agile methodologies. With over 4 years of professional Enterprise AV experience and 11 years of audio application experience & education. My current position is as a Technical Architecture Analyst within Accenture. In my current role, I'm given the opportunity to test new collaboration technologies and evaluate how they can serve the rest of Accenture and our clients while thoroughly testing for security and quality issues along the way. I also manage our current collaboration standards for audio devices and intelligent workplace sensors so that we provide exact and identical information for new system installations and mitigate security pitfalls and end-user issues.
