I am a Professional Engineer and Red Seal Certified Industrial Mechanic (433a) with extensive experience working across Canada as both a millwright and engineer. My career spans more than a decade across industries such as mining, manufacturing, and oil & gas, and I maintain a strong focus on continuous learning and professional growth. I also teach part-time in the Industrial Mechanic Apprenticeship program at Cambrian College, where I mentor and share my knowledge with the next generation of skilled tradespeople. Having worked in British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, and Saskatchewan, I have developed a versatile skill set in mechanical maintenance, engineering design, and troubleshooting complex industrial systems. My expertise spans both hands-on mechanical work and advanced technical knowledge,(my most recent experience being in in cryogenic, compressed air, and HVAC system design and maintenance) allowing me to adapt to a wide range of industrial environments and technological challenges. I am passionate about continuous learning, which has driven me to pursue a diverse range of qualifications. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Mechanical Engineering from Laurentian University, a diploma in Industrial Mechanical Maintenance (Honours) from Cambrian College, and a Certificate as an Automation Technician from George Brown College. In addition, I am certified as a CAT 1 Vibration Analyst, and I am certified as a maintenance and repair technician for Stirling Cryogenerators. I am always eager to expand my knowledge and stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring I remain proficient in the latest technologies and standards. My work across Canada, from oil sands operations to advanced manufacturing facilities, has equipped me with a diverse skill set and a deep understanding of different regional industrial environments. Bilingual in English and French, I am adept at working in diverse teams and environments, continuously applying new knowledge to drive innovation, improve safety, and optimize performance.
