Handles all Project Coordinator duties for the New Business Development Team (Four (4) Sales Representatives) in addition to Senior Level Sales Representatives- Responsible for taking minutes during daily staff meetings of the needs and expectations for successful installation projects - Streamline client needs such as meeting preparation, calendar management, booking facilities, and communication office safety guidelines- Anticipate last minute needs to manage - In charge of making sure all meetings are properly stocked, greeting guests in a welcoming manner, and problem-solving any last minute requests- Create Excel Spreadsheets, Status Reports, as well as all Powerpoints for Bid Proposals from start to finish of project in order to ensure a seamless install - Acts as the main point of contact between Sales Representatives and Client, proactively resolving and elevating any issues that may cause a block in the progression of the project - Ensures that all projects are delivered and installed on time and within scope and budget - Absorbed responsibilities of Marketing and Event Planning for the company, in order to support positive relationships between the team and clients- Collaborated with Business Development and the Sales Team to create a new template for all Bid Proposals to ensure cohesive company-wide branding consistency for our clients - Manages the development and distribution of marketing materials - Maintains Company website and Intranet updates and functionality - Produces 360 degree virtual tours of client spaces to show progress - Designs ads and graphics for company events - Analyzes competitor advantages and disadvantages in the market
