I specialize in helping people simplify their fitness goals down to actionable steps they can sustain for life. I meet clients where they are. Not where they "should" be. My training programs, nutrition coaching and general coaching all reflect that. Your goals should be clear, concise and actionable. I help my clients get there by taking a science-based and client-centred approach simultaneously to help them deliver on their goals in a way they'll be set up to maintain and build on in the long term. I also create content online whether it's social media posts, podcast episodes or blogs. All of my content keeps my intent in mind. To deliver evidence-based fitness combined with empathy-based coaching.
