About Dylan Daniel

I’m currently interning with Messer Construction in Business Development during Summer 2025, where I’m gaining firsthand experience in relationship-building, strategic planning, and market positioning within the commercial construction space. While pursuing a B.S. in Economics and Business Administration at Clemson University, I integrate academic learning with hands-on construction management experience, applying a strategic, results-driven approach to every project. Previously, I worked as a Project Engineer Co-op at Messer Construction, supporting the planning and execution of a 2-story, sq. ft. headquarters for the United States Special Operations Forces. The project included a structural steel frame with composite concrete decking and was designed for office, medical care, and combat readiness training. I contributed to site coordination, quality control, and workflow optimization. I also bring 7 years of residential construction experience, starting with 4 years as a laborer and progressing into 3.5 years as a Field Manager, where I led crews, coordinated subcontractors, and ensured projects stayed on schedule and met quality standards. Outside of work, I run a small detailing business for cars and boats, which has sharpened my entrepreneurial mindset and customer service skills. I’m passionate about building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and teams to drive efficiency, collaboration, and high-quality results. Whether I’m managing a jobsite or helping win new work, I bring energy, adaptability, and a drive to make things happen. Let’s connect and build something great together!
