About Dylan Daquano

I am beginning my journey as an insurance broker after previously working Personal Lines Underwriting since 2016 and working in the Trade Show and Construction Contracting industries. I am extremely detail-oriented and meticulous in my work while also being able to quickly shift between tasks to prioritize urgent matters. I am often called upon by colleagues and managers to assist with technical knowledge, to help work on a new project, or just to lend an ear to help make a decision. I enjoy being a leader amongst my peers and am not afraid to share opinions and feedback where appropriate. I am great at building and maintaining relationships with my clients and ensure that we working together to accomplish our mutual goals. My real passions in life are music, art and creativity. I love performing on stage as a singer, actor, guitarist, and playing in pit bands for musicals. I love the creative process and bringing an idea from something small to something exciting. I’ve always got a project I’m working on and love to learn.
