About Dylan Demery

My career is dedicated to servant leadership, empowering team members, inspecting & adapting processes, and increasing team member collaboration through facilitation and team building events. I am an Agile Coach and Facilitator with the SAFe Practice Consultant 6, Scrum Master, and Product Owner certifications (SPC6, CSM, and CSPO). I use the skills I've gained during my career to implement Agile within IT and transform organizational culture by alleviating thrash and empowering teams. I strive to help teams create processes and drive solutions that make them more efficient and relieve some of the general pain-points they encounter on a day-to-day basis. I have also owned and administered Agile tools including Rally, Jira Align, and Jira/Confluence Cloud. I truly enjoy this work and continuously seek creative ways to learn more and enhance my skills. I also started She's Fly, LLC in 2020 which is an online/mobile fly shop with a particular focus on fly fishing products and services by and for women. I do this work nights and weekends and find that the people I've met and experiences I've had with this business have been extremely rewarding!
