With over a decade of experience in real estate development and investment management, I am proud to serve as the Vice President of Operations at TCU Development Corporation, a leading multifamily real estate firm in Ottawa. At TCU, we are redefining purpose-built living by creating communities that empower residents and deliver exceptional value to our investment partners. Since 2010, TCU has spearheaded projects totaling over $500 million in development, with an additional $500 million in our pipeline. My role spans the full lifecycle of development—acquisition, project management, and stabilization—ensuring each initiative meets our high standards for quality, innovation, and returns. Starting at TCU as an Account Manager, I’ve grown through roles such as Operations Coordinator, Development Manager, and Director of Real Estate. This journey has given me a comprehensive perspective on multifamily development, equipping me to lead with confidence and agility in a dynamic industry. A highlight of my career has been contributing to the development of 291 purpose-built multifamily units on Robinson Avenue in Ottawa. This project, featuring cutting-edge wood-frame and concrete structures, reflects my commitment to excellence in design. Beyond my professional endeavors, I actively contribute to industry dialogues, sharing insights on constructability and energy efficiency through podcasts and panels.
