About Dylan Devine

I presently hold the position of Beverage Manager at Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland, while concurrently serving as the Head Wrestling Coach at DeMatha Catholic High School. As a Beverage Manager, my primary responsibilities revolve around leading the overnight shift for the beverage department to ensure service of the casino floor and satisfaction of the casino's guests. In my personal capacity, I dedicate my time to coaching wrestling at my alma mater high school, where I engage with students from various backgrounds and skill levels. I derive immense satisfaction from assisting individuals in defining their objectives, identifying the impediments standing in their way, and formulating effective strategies to surmount these obstacles. My professional background is rooted in the customer service sector, where I honed my skills and gained valuable experience. My journey began as a barback and evolved over time into a bartender then a supervisor at a local casino. During this period, I amassed extensive insights into sales, personal marketing, and adaptability. This dynamic, high-velocity environment necessitated continual on-the-fly acquisition of new skills.
