About Dylan Eskridge

I’m a detail-oriented supply chain and purchasing professional who enjoys building tools that make complex processes simpler and more efficient. I’ve spent the last few years developing structured Excel-based systems to improve purchasing workflows, forecast demand, and streamline inventory planning across multiple teams. I thrive in roles where I can take a messy or manual process, break it down, and rebuild it into something clearer, faster, and easier to manage. Whether it’s vendor coordination, stock transfers, or aligning forecasts with customer needs, I aim to create systems that help teams make smarter decisions with less friction. I bring a strong foundation in supply chain operations, vendor management, and advanced Excel, and I enjoy collaborating with others to improve performance, accuracy, and overall efficiency.
