About Dylan Francis

I like taking broken, slow things and making them fast and reliable, especially when no one asked me to.Over the past 3 years at Seven Hills Technology, I've identified systemic performance issues and infrastructure bottlenecks that went beyond my day-to-day responsibilities, then built the solutions to fix them. From migrating legacy architectures to scalable AWS solutions, to replacing manual processes with CI/CD pipelines, most of my biggest wins came from digging deeper into problems than what was initially apparent.What drives me is the moment a customer notices something just works better, whether that's pages loading in under a second instead of ten, or data arriving in real time instead of hours later.I work across the full stack with Java, Spring Boot, React, Angular, AWS, and Terraform, but what I care about most is building systems that are tested, observable, and don't have you panicking on Monday morning after a weekend off.Currently finishing my B.S. in Computer Science at the University of Cincinnati and always open to connecting with fellow developers and engineers.
