About Dylan Gadwa

Even before I heard the first “bing-bong” of an analogue modem in my early childhood years, I was already hooked on technology. What others may have heard as a piercing screech quickly became the sound of angels to my ears and blossomed into one of the joys of my life. Using technology to help people communicate, create, and bring ideas to their fullest potential have been the guiding principles of my career. Whether that has been in the context of technical service delivery, providing support when things break, implementing new tools and procedures to drive organizational or logistical changes, or taking a creative project from the drawing board to completion, I have learned that people are always at the heart of a successful (or unsuccessful) journey. When I am not working towards these goals, you will find me in the company of my wonderful family and making music which, coincidentally, often sounds like that old modem that I mentioned earlier.
