About Dylan Gamza
My work experience has primarily consisted of community outreach, recruitment, fundraising, and political activism. All four years while I was attending CU for my English Lit degree, I worked as a student caller speaking with alumni to update records and maximize incoming donations. I also have a lot of experience training and coaching new employees. Working on city ballot initiatives with Open Boulder was a great opportunity for me to combine my ability to engage strangers with my passion for environmental policy. I have further advanced this concept working as a Recruiter with Work for Progress, where I am constantly engaging with some of the most pressing environmental and social issues, and working to ensure that we are prepared to make an impact by connecting dedicated individuals with organizations that are diligently taking on these issues.
