As a second-year Commerce student at Dalhousie University, I am passionate about building a career in business, particularly in sales. My background across finance, customer service, and education has strengthened my communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. At PointClickCare, I have been working with cross-functional teams to manage sales contract migrations and resolve complex account issues, ensuring accuracy across Salesforce and NetSuite. Previously at Financeit, I reached out to over accounts, driving revenue growth and improving client retention. My experience in hospitality and retail, from Copper Blues Bar & Grill to Toys"R"Us, taught me how to thrive in fast-paced environments, stay adaptable, and deliver high-quality service. As a CSIA Level 2 Ski Instructor, I developed leadership skills and learned how to communicate clearly with diverse groups. I am excited to continue learning and take on roles that challenge me to deliver results, support team goals, and create long-term value.
