I am a highly personable and proactive hospitality professional, with over 8 years’ experience working in various positions in properties in Ireland and Belgium. I am enthusiastic, hardworking and dedicated to quality results through continuous improvement. Strategic leader with a track record of assisting to form, build and motivate a team to their peak performance to achieve positive guest experiences and company goals. I am guest orientated with a drive to deliver world class luxury service; by building strong guest relationships to achieve maximum satisfaction. I have extensive knowledge of the Food and Beverage service industry having spent most of my career to date in restaurants and bars of various standards. I currently hold the title of Food and Beverage Supervisor in The Carriage House at Adare Manor. This property is a diverse and dynamic food and beverage outlet serving hotel residents, non-residents and Adare Manor golf course members. I also have recently graduated from Shannon College of Hotel Management where I received a Bachelor of Business Studies in International Hotel Management. I hold various awards and certificates such as the level 2 award in wine from WSET and the Bar Smarts certificate from Pernod Ricard.
