Well hello there! I'm Dylan, a seasoned Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Specialist with over a decade of hands-on experience coaching in a large gym and high performance sport. With a background in Personal Training and Football Strength & Conditioning, I've spent the last 10+ years helping my clients & athletes perform at their best in life and on the field. From one-on-one sessions to team dynamics, my goal is to elevate the performance and wellbeing of everyone I work with. I currently have completed 20+ courses that aren't just fancy initials after my name – they represent a commitment to improving my knowledge so I can deliver the best service possible. Your success is my priority, and I bring a diverse skill set to ensure we reach your goals, together. It all began with my Bachelor of Kinesiology from Acadia University, where, through my own training for football, that I discovered my passion for training and education.
