About Dylan Irvin

Highly motivated real estate professional working in commercial high rise property management. I am looking to use my customer service oriented background and experience in real estate to further navigate the complications of managing distressed assets. I hope to branch further into the real estate field and network with property management and real estate professionals. I am always open to real estate roles, especially roles focused on operations and training. I thrive in environments that force me to work at a fast pace, multitask and interact with many people. With my roles as a Bartender, Off Premise Coordinator, Server, Trainer and a Property Manager, I understand how important it is to navigate different client or customer relationships. I hope to bring my ability to foster a personal connection with people into the real estate field. My experiences at DePaul University have also helped me grow professionally. A variety of courses have challenged me to grow my communication, technological and presentation skills. I have also learned much needed real estate industry knowledge and insight from expert professors and guest speakers. DePaul has also presented a variety of real estate cases, current events and projects that required the use of analytical skills, teamwork, professional writing and relevant software.
