I am an accomplished, detail-oriented, creative and international trilingual strategy and operations professional with experience leading teams and driving growth across markets, hotels, STRs, F&B and luxury resort settings. For my next role, I am seeking management and leadership opportunities which will allow me to continue to hone the analytical, collaborative, and strategic mindset I have honed throughout my career and studies. My recent MBA included the development of a comprehensive business plan for a Madrid-based tech company, as well as coursework exploring international and strategic management, market analysis, marketing strategy, business analytics, data analysis and visualization, financial accounting and more. My liberal arts background in the studies of language, literature, government and music, has inculcated in me the desire to learn something new every day. I employ a proactive, pragmatic, organized, sustainable and collaborative approach in my work to deliver reliable and proven results, and I value interpersonal relationships and open communication as the key to my success.
