I am fascinated with how systems work. Rarely do we find things functioning in a vacuum, rather everything seems to be connected. My passion is to bridge understanding of the things that are complex and constantly in flux and to discover truth wherever it may be. I am a strategic thinker and relationship builder. I am the go to archive of information. My flexibility and aptitude for collaboration supports my team in maximizing opportunities and capitalizing on challenges. I am always learning new ways to utilize my unique leadership skills to leverage the leadership skills of my colleagues. When I'm not working with people and serving my community, I enjoy writing, fitness and the outdoors, setting personal goals, and meditation.
