About Dylan Kinloch

As a Judicial Law Clerk for the Hon. Mark Cimino in the New Jersey Tax Court, I support the court’s decision-making process by conducting legal research, analyzing complex statutory and regulatory frameworks, and preparing draft opinions in state and local tax matters. This experience has deepened my understanding of how law intersects with public policy, business operations, and regulatory compliance. I am a recent J.D. graduate and July 2025 bar candidate with a growing passion for corporate law, compliance, and policy work. My background includes experience in employment law, tax law, and public service through my time with the Attorney General’s Office. These experiences sharpened my analytical thinking, writing skills, and ability to communicate clearly under pressure. I am especially drawn to roles that sit at the intersection of law, business, and integrity. Whether in corporate compliance, higher education, or government, my goal is to contribute meaningfully to organizations by identifying risk, promoting ethical practices, and translating legal complexity into practical strategy.
