I love to discuss adult learning and develop strategies to make learning an experience rather than another task to check off the to-do list. I analyze training needs, design training initiatives, and deliver engaging learning sessions that meet company goals. To accomplish this, I listen to understand the need for training, collaborate with SMEs to get the right content, and bring the positive energy into every learning initiative. I have had the privilege of approaching learning initiatives from several different angles, to include client product training, internal training, and instructional design. My education and professional experiences have allowed me to learn the following about myself: I can build learning programs that align with an organization’s OKRs- I think about the learner and how they impact the organization - I see strong value in input from others, analytics, and receiving feedback - I love seeing the big picture but also getting my hands dirty in execution I can make learning an experience, not a task- I get joy from seeing lightbulb moments - I ensure learning is engaging and, most importantly, enjoyable - I love assisting others in their learning journey I will always be a learner myself- I enjoy learning about the modernization of learning - I am resilient in my learning and ask for help when needed - I strive to better myself as a professional to make a positive impact on learners I really enjoy connecting with and learning from other professionals.
