About Dylan Lundberg

A work-hard, play-hard, ambitious, pragmatic, and highly relatable leader with an unabated passion for innovative problem solving. I am committed to holistic team betterment and creating dynamics which successfully bring good ideas, products, and processes to life - importantly at an accelerated pace. I am particularly dispositioned to significant, tangible results and efficient execution – but if you’re not concurrently having fun, I believe you’re doing it wrong.Technically skilled and exceptionally proficient within engineering design, Lean Manufacturing, CAD, simulation, injection molding, CNC machining, 3D printing, pneumatics, hydraulics, electro-mechanical machines, and automation. The collective engineering pool is brimming with idea generators, however. it’s the individuals and teams that not only produce good ideas but execute on them effectively - bringing them to a full reality and fruition- that make significant impact. I believe those individuals and teams are truly differentiated – the engineering “closers”. I pride myself in coaching and leading by example as a true “closer” - creating, raising, and heading teams and organizations with the same mentality.I am an engineer at the core, lead with avidity, and possess an unparalleled ability to drive, persuade, and influence.
