Background

About Dylan Maloyi

I am an aspiring football intermediary and consultant working within the management sector. I also wear several other hats: I'm the Partnerships Manager for ThreeSixtyTv, a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Lovemore Sports, and a Co-Founder & Director at Thirty & Nine LTD. I'm a strategic talent acquisition consultant with a passion for propelling the success of sports organizations. At Lovemore Sports, I spearhead the recruitment of world-class talent across Formula 1, Football, Tennis, and more. Beyond acquisitions, I work collaboratively with clients to develop customized strategies that elevate their commercial goals. I'm a passionate football consultant with experience in both grassroots and elite levels. My time at Senrab FC honed my football knowledge and provided valuable insights into identifying and nurturing young talent. This experience ignited my passion for supporting the development of England's next generation of footballers. I spent two years as a consultant for Futurescope Sports Management, helping them navigate the best future for both clients and the company. This role broadened my understanding of the global football business and allowed me to build a strong network of industry contacts—including brands, players, and clubs. Ultimately, I am dedicated to fostering talent and shaping the future of football.
