About Dylan Nelko

I am currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in financial planning with a real estate minor at the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. My hard work, focus, and dedication to academic excellence have been recognized with the Dean’s Scholarship Award for six straight semesters, reflecting my current 3.67 cumulative GPA. I am on track to receive the Magna Cum Laude honors when I graduate May 2025. I am looking to grow my abilities and experiences in the Business industry where I can learn vital assets in the competitive business landscape. I continue to pursue new skills while balancing my school and work commitments with time for fitness, golf matches, fishing, hiking, social gatherings, fraternity charitable projects, and sporting events. As an undergraduate member of Pi Kappa Phi at Arizona State University, I had the privilege of founding our chapter’s Alumni Golf Tournament—an initiative aimed at strengthening alumni relations and supporting our philanthropy, The Ability Experience. Now in its second year, the event has grown to host 132 players and secured sponsorships and donations from over 10 local businesses, helping us raise funds and awareness for an incredible cause. I managed a budget, coordinated with a local Tempe golf course, and oversaw logistics, promotion, and partnership outreach—all while balancing my academic and chapter responsibilities. This experience has sharpened my skills in project management, budgeting, event planning, and stakeholder engagement, and it's one I’m incredibly proud of. People see me as being a reliable self-starter who is very detailed and hardworking.
