About Dylan Nolan

I have been working in Telecoms since university graduation in June During this period I have demonstrated a keen interest and an aptitude toward the telecom industry in three different roles working for my employer, BT Ireland. Due to my experience and ability to learn quickly I have obtained a strong level of expertise in the design, planning and project management of core and access telecoms networks (specifically DWDM, MPLS (-TP), Ethernet, SDH). I have a proven track record as both a team leader and a team player with a strong client focus and positive work ethic. In addition to my technical experience, I also have a keen interest in the business side of the industry. To that end I have recently completed a Masters in Engineering Management (MEM) part-time in UCD, receiving 1st class honours, and winning the Deloitte Gold Medal for performance excellence in 2016. I am also a registered Prince2 Practitioner in Project Management and hold an NVQ Level 3 in Management. I have also previously graduated from the BT Future Leaders Community (FLC in 2014), a programme which selects the top 1% of employees from the overall BT organisation, in order to prepare them for future senior leadership roles.
