About Dylan Oneill

I’m a nonprofit professional and systems thinker with 10+ years of experience designing and leading equitable food access, resource distribution, and resilience-based programs. Currently, I serve as Director of the Food Access & Resource Network at HomeFront in New Jersey, where I oversee a nationally recognized food access and security programs and a suite of wraparound services that support more than people each month. I manage over in federal and state grants, a annual budget, and a team of managers, staff, and 100+ volunteers. Under my leadership, we are launched two new food hubs, developed a car donation program, expanded trauma-informed intake and service methodologies, and built partnerships across the state with farms, food banks, and coalitions. My career spans nonprofit, community agriculture, and refugee services across NJ, Denver, India, and beyond. I’ve led farm incubators, designed grow-at-home garden education for food deserts, built coalitions, chaired countywide collaboratives, and helped pass agricultural worker protection policy through strategic data work. At the heart of my work is a belief in dignity, agency, and justice. I strive to move our systems away from extractive models and toward regenerative, community-rooted futures. Whether I’m coordinating with food banks, mentoring emerging leaders, or advocating in coalition spaces, my goal is simple: build systems that nourish.
