About Dylan Reynard

I have made a big move, from the comfort of the West Riding of Yorkshire, my home, all my life, to the Northern Ireland. A new challenge in a new environment. I am relishing this opportunity in the home of my partners family. A very supportive bunch, who always made me welcome, so we decided to live amongst them. I now work for Wincanton Supply Chain, looking after Coca Cola Hellenic in Lisburn, Co Antrim, I am a Warehouse Shift Manager, dealing with KPI's, costs, discipline, customer orders and the day to day running of the warehouse.I have work for 2 Major Nationals before Wincanton. Then for Morrisons, Where I became a Team Manager in Grocery at Junction 41, Wakefield. I was an order picker, then stepped up to Team Leader for the Beers Team, and was trained as fork lift reach driver, a goods in checker and loader. I am an avid sports fan, Rugby League is my main one, I used to play, and I coached the game from being 16 to 49, my last coaching job was 6 to 8 year olds for Stanley Rangers, a very tough age group to deal with, you need eyes in the back your head.
