About Dylan Rigsby

Experienced project manager leading commercial and residential construction projects from concept to completion. I bring a hands-on, detail-driven approach to every phase of the project lifecycle—from early planning and permitting through execution and final turnover. My background spans design coordination, stakeholder engagement, schedule and budget management, and workflow optimization. I’m known for strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and an ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments. Before transitioning into construction project management, I spent several years in engineering and manufacturing, where I honed my skills in mechanical design, technical drawing, and production planning. I created and revised detailed component and assembly drawings, led product testing and sourcing, and managed part workflows using ERP systems to streamline operations and improve accuracy in pricing and production. This experience gave me a strong foundation in problem solving, systems thinking, and cross-team coordination, skills I continue to apply in every project I lead. Currently relocating to Mercer Island, WA and open to new opportunities in project management. Let’s connect!
