About Dylan Rosenthal

I want to change the world! In earning a graduate degree in Business Administration, my goal is to help my healthcare organization and its approach to providing Quality Improvement. I am currently employed as an Exercise Physiologist who has a history of leading both cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation wellness programs. Outside of work, I put on my superhero outfit to be a father, husband, business owner, and athlete. As an employee, I bring value to two of Michigan's main northwest region's healthcare systems in spearheading various exercise programs and have helped to improve year-to-year performance outcomes. As a career-driven individual, I possess a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and have received 11 different certifications as they relate to my field of study since graduation (in 2011). I am currently working to achieve my MBA and ACSM CCEP certification. Because of my desire to learn use my talents in healthcare, fitness, and business, I have over 15 years of employment within the three industries at age 32. I have coached and treated hundreds of patients and clients in health and wellness programs and help to drive innovation. Because of my overall experience, I bring a diverse background to healthcare. Working in the field has helped me to do the following: establish trust with my colleagues for high quality patient care, strive for better program outcomes create a system of accountability for reaching department goals provide motivation for the patients to adhere to our programs establish rapport with patients coming from life-altering events and operational procedures stay organized to meet the the administrative demands for the position respect each patient’s individual boundaries serve with care, love, and kindness.
