About Dylan Ryan

I have worked in the mental health field for 4 years as a CYW and a Direct Support Professional. Throughout that time, I have as well worked in the physical fitness field, the retail field, and the education field. I have cultivated strong skills in leadership, teamwork, problem solving skills, and oral and written skillsI have been provided many opportunities of further responsibilities due to my level of maturity and have continued to take the initiative to go far beyond expectation to ensure that my place of work thrives in productivity and commitment to better the lives of the people we support. I am a graduate from the University of Windsor, with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. I have been nominated and won awards for my leadership in my daily life a few years back and continue to use the skill to better the lives of the people I work with and volunteer with.In my free time I enjoy volunteering, being physically active, and learning new skills to further better myself and the people I help provide support too.
