I am a very hands-on person and Iove to tinker. I was on the integration and testing team for University at Buffalo Nanosatellite Laboratory, where we dealt with a lot of the physical testing of the satellite, including soldering onto the circuitry boards used, creating the wiring harnesses and putting the entire satellite together. I was also on the competition rocketry team at my university, where I helped in the design of a mechanism to stabilize the rocket before takeoff, using 3D software to get precise data for testing. I most recently interned at Sig Sauer in a sustaining engineering role where I dealt with hands on testing of firearm components as well as CAD model and drawing work. Currently, I will be starting full time with L3Harris Technologies as a mechanical engineer at their Mason, OH location.
