Dynamic and results driven professional with a diverse background in events, operations, hospitality and team management. Currently a coach and captain for a national league hockey club, Old Loughtonians Hockey Club, I have led my team to multiple county and national championships. Recognised by colleagues as perceptive, adaptable, and approachable, I thrive in fast-paced environments where operational excellence and creative energy intersect. I’m always seeking opportunities to merge my passions for sport, performance, and team leadership into experiences that inspire, engage, and deliver impact. My background as a bar manager spans over eight years of operational oversight, managing diverse teams, scheduling logistics and drove repeat business. Managing a busy venue gave me experience with process optimisation, decision-making under pressure and team management - skills that directly translate to success in all environments. My background in events management has taught me how to manage priorities and stakeholder expectations, and plan and keep fast moving projects on track which required strong attention to detail and clear communication. From concept to execution, I focused not just on logistics but also the creative design of events that aligned with brand identity leaving lasting impressions. Since 2013, I have been a professional DJ. This experience has strengthened my ability to read an audience, manage complex technical setups, and deliver seamless experiences under pressure, all skills I bring to creative and client-facing roles. I have spent the entirety of 2023 and 2024 as a care giver for my grandfather who had complex health needs which impacted my career but also gave me personal growth, empathy and strength I carry into the workplace today. My career has been fuelled by a passion for live entertainment - especially the world of professional wrestling. This enthusiasm led me to the entertainment industry, where I had the privilege of featuring on the acclaimed WWE podcast Gorilla Position, interviewing top talent such as Bayley, Finn Bálor, and The Big Show. I was also awarded the London Open Newsroom Recognition by presenting BBC Three 60 Second News. Outside of work, I have had a lifelong fascination with space exploration and cosmology, which fuels my ability to explore ideas from multiple perspectives, which has kept me continuously curious and eager to learn - qualities which help me master new tools.
