About Dylan Squires

I studied Behavioral Science in university to learn more about the complexities of human beings. I desire to see organizations and their people thrive-whether that be cultivated shared success, individually crafted growth, or a combination of both. Human Resources is a field where I am able to see my love for people pair with organizational success. I have a desire to play a part in fulfilling organizational mission through influencing culture. I believe when people behave ethically and respectfully; promote trust and autonomy through great communication; and practice accountability in an effective manner, we are all better for it. I am an HR Professional who is emotionally intelligent, driven, and responsible. My love for people is met by an open mind and critical thinking qualities. I am a life-long learner aimed at continuous improvement and growth-for my own journey and for the betterment of those around me. Other interests of mine include athletics (specifically volleyball); getting out to the mountains; rock climbing; and being an active member at Rockpointe Church. I value having a balanced life and having time for building relationships, for learning, and for enjoying life with my wife.
