Experienced Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the restaurant industry. Skilled in Customer Service, Inventory Management, Time Management, Teamwork, and Customer Satisfaction. I have been with Mcdonalds for almost 5 years and in that time I have learned numerous skills that I can put towards my future career. I was a manager with them for 3 years and I learned how to take control and run a store fast and efficiently whilst dealing with customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction.While working at McDonald's, I was able to get my security license which opened much more opportunities for advancement in the field of law enforcement. Response Safety and Safety lead by Dennis Condie was the first and only security company I worked for. I started from the bottom and worked my way up to supervisor which helped me develop my leadership skills beyond what I learned with McDonald's as it was a completely different environment. I supervised a platoon of five to six individuals every night that I worked. I assisted the senior supervisor as well as picking up skills that they showed.After Response Security, I furthered my security experience with Securitas at the St. Laurent Shopping Centre. Whilst working there, I was able to better my communication skills by interacting with the staff and people of Ottawa. I enjoyed learning about the community and made lasting relationships and impressions with the people I met. I worked alongside and excellent team of passionate and hard working guards all aspiring for a career in law enforcement. Working there, I enforced the Trespass to Property Act of Ontario and made numerous arrests. Although I always wanted to be a police officer, working at the mall opened my eyes a little better at what the job entailed. I started in 2019 and left in 2021. I finished my job as a Reporting Officer. The duties in that role included correcting and maintaining a professional standard in report writing. I exceed my time there and moved on to TD Place while continuing to work with Securitas.Working as a contractor at TD Place has allowed me to continue my interest in security. In the summer of 2022, I was given the opportunity to be Site Supervisor at TD Place with Securitas. That helped me gain more leadership experience and managing and scheduling my team. In the fall, I was hired with OSEG as a Safety & Security (formerly Public Safety) Supervisor where I am completing my training and beginning my new experience!
