About Dylan Trang

I love diving into new problems and taking them head on using the skills I've gained from all my previous experiences! Exploring new technologies and learning in a fast paced environment is my specialty. Through experimentation and asking questions, I can onboard and adapt to new situations quickly. I look for opportunities to modernize old systems using new technologies and ideas, as progression and adaptability are things I believe are important for a sustainable business or product. I enjoy taking challenges and often find myself taking in more things to do to stop stagnation from settling in. Helping others is something I enjoy doing because I take it as an opportunity to glean their skills and experience. Supporting and uplifting others often brings me along for the ride, so I attribute much of my success to the people around me who I help thrive and succeed. I've learned a lot of skills over my years of internships and projects by opening myself to opportunities to develop. Originally, I was in school for mechanical engineering, but an inspiring mentor convinced me to move to computer science, where I saw the opportunity to always be learning, even decades into the future. This lead me to my current path where I seek diverse experiences and opportunities that allow me to explore the field to see what I want to focus on for the future.
