Dylan is an experienced and highly personable Project Manager with a solid background in strategy, financial underwriting and investment management. With skills in quantitative analysis and strong research abilities, he is a valuable asset to deal teams in the exit process. With over 8 years of experience across the financial and wealth management industries, Dylan's most recent role was as an Associate at Eudemian Ventures, a Silicon Valley-based venture capital firm supporting the world’s boldest founders. He played a key role on the investment and deal team during this time. His previous roles include being an underwriter at Intact Financial Corporation, the largest insurer in Canada, a project officer with the Atlantic Fisheries Fund at Fisheries and Oceans Canada, and a position at HughesLittle Investment Management as a Research Analyst. Having graduated from the MBA program at the Smith School of Business, where he was presented with the prestigious Roozen Family MBA Scholarship, Dylan is deeply committed to excellence in both academia and real-world application. He wore multiple hats during the MBA, functioning as a Program Student Ambassador and Director of the Consulting Club, immersing himself in both leadership and collaborative roles. Dylan also gained experience through the Tri-Colour Venture Fund, Canada's first student-advised venture capital fund that allows Queen's full-time MBA students to gain the ultimate experiential learning opportunity through managing a multi-million-dollar fund.
