About Dylan Wallace
A diligent, open-minded and multicultural man with many skills and unique experiences. Having been an international student in the United States through a scholarship programme, being elected as vice-chair of a Student Government Association (SGA) Multicultural Council and an interest in foreign languages, this demonstrates my passion for inclusiveness of those from a variety of backgrounds and understanding of cultural differences. Thus, additionally developing skills in leadership and self-presentation. Furthermore, leadership skills have been rewarded through my achievement of the Ulster EDGE Excel Award which includes not just my SGA position, but also fulfilling my role of student orientation leader for incoming students to university, demonstrating my listening, caring and presentational abilities. Previous study/training in Health Psychology also aids in the ability of becoming a great leader, due to the development of the ability to talk, listen and advise individuals on difficulties they may be facing.
