Striving to continue to develop my career in H-E-B store operations to increase my impact in the communities we serve and to improve the quality of life among our Partners and Customers. Graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a bachelor’s in Marketing, May 2021. I bring my optimism and energy to both my academic studies and professional career. I have a proven track-record of dedication and work ethic, maintaining a 4.0 GPA throughout my undergraduate career, while working fulltime as a department manager for H-E-B. I value fairness and integrity and strive to role model these attributes every day. My leadership abilities have provided me with the amazing opportunity to lead others within my organization to achieve company objectives. I believe my greatest responsibility is to inspire others to take ownership of their own development in ways that enable them to reach their full potential. What I think about people drives everything I say and do – I think positively about people, and I find that I can often influence them to accomplish positive things. I draw energy and excitement from the colleagues and customers I get to serve and interact with every day.
